Thanks so much for the update. I’m hoping that I can get back there in a few
weeks and start a new project..been swamped with the Spring market as I’m a
realtor. I love the update because it
helps me get to know who is who

Subject: [knitting-48] What
happened @ meetup May 5th
For those who missed our Meetup tonight, here's what went on.
We had a nice gathering at Peet's tonight. Larissa gets a gold star for
moving us over towards the bench, near the windows, where the light was MUCH
better. Thanks, Larissa! Rhonda is chugging ahead on her
Cocoknits sweater, and Melissa showed us a finished sweater from the same
designer. I think the meetup has a new favorite line! Krista, in
her Sharks cap, was knitting away on a Cobblestone Pullover and Mary (that's
me) showed a finished one with some "bunching issues" in front.
New gal Gail brought in her Rowan piggy for an ear-placement
consultation. Julie is clearing the decks by working on a long-term
"UnFinished Object" - a lovely grey raglan cardigan that is almost
ready for seaming. Rosy showed us how to turn an unsuccessful scarf
into a beautiful little summer hat. And Jasmine was knitting - guess
what? - a Monkey sock! That's all the news that's fit to print.
Hope to see you at the next one!
