Pre-Amerivespa planning group

I want to have a meeting of the organizers and members who want to help in the planning of our role in Amerivespa 2013 June 27th-30th. We need rides both big and small. Lists of places to go, see or eat at. If you want to contribute please attend. THIS IS NOT A RIDE!

    Good planning meeting! With ideas and energy from our Rally veterans, Vespa Club members, and all mixture of scooter enthusiasts old and new, Im confident the visitors to our fair city will be well taken care of during the 4 day Amerivespa (June 2013). I hope anyone in the Squadron who wants to play or play a role will STAY TUNED and join in!

    Perry, John, and I can give an overview of what Amerivespa is at the beginning of the meeting. John is our expert in the group having been to more than me. Heck, he has ridden to Wisconsin and New Orleans! I tailered my scoots to Los Gatos, and rented in New Orelans.

    Do they have a separate meeting room, or will the discussions be held while we're munching pizza, with waiters eager to move us out to make room for other customers? Seems to me we'd have more successful discussion/planning if we had our own area in which to confer. (Sheryl might be able to help; her job includes arranging for meetings and meeting space -- from small groups up to 5,000 or so.)

      Round table is more of the order your own at the counter, no wait staff kind of place. With how this group grew in a short amount of time it has hard to think of a location on short notice to hold it at. I prefer to use someone's space in exchange for buying a couple of slices of pizza, rather than renting a room. At least for now.
