GWOTS in the Park! Prizes for the Winners!

Bring a bag lunch~!

Bring friends and family~!

Bring your sneakers, your vocabulary, at least one good speller, and a winning attitude. Yay!

Let's get outdoors one last time before winter sets in. Come on out and play GIANT Word on the Street!

Join us at Pioneer Park in Mission Hills for an afternoon of outdoor gaming. You've played Word on the Street, now imagine it a hundred times bigger. Giant Word on the Street takes the fun off of the tabletop and has you running back and forth moving GIANT letter tiles as your teammates call out with their support! When we say giant tiles, think of tiles the size of pizza boxes (because that's what was used to develop this giant version. No kidding!) And to make it even more fun, there will be actual prizes for the winning teams!

What could be better? A picnic with games and prizes, a day outdoors with your friends. A beautiful November San Diego day in the park! Come and play!

Hi Lee, there is no change to the Barbara's Bunch event. You could actually attend both if you were so inclined. I'm pretty sure some of our folks will be going to both...

Wait, you mean this is outdoors? In the sun? And the fresh air? Oh, man, I gotta rethink this... <grin!>

I'm glad you like the idea, Karen. Some of us have played GIANT Word on the Street a couple of times, so I can say from experience that it is lots of fun! (Joints willing, as I commented to another friend...hehe)

You know, in the military, a GWOT is referred to as "The Global War on Terror". It is the acronym we use.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
