Hi Mike,
Technically, the rule is that your stack gets "blinded out", which means you are dealt cards, which are folded. You pay blinds when its your turn, and survive as long as the chips last. Realistically, if a player who is already out is willing to play your stack, and the remaining players do not object, its ok with me. If there is objection, we are back to technically.
