Nickel City San Diego Monthly Tournament
The tournament is IFPA sponsored so points will be awarded towards the World Pinball Player Rankings. The format will be a double elimination tournament. $5 entry towards the pool and the grand champion will receive a plaque. Don't forget about the $2.00 admission fee into Nickel City and nickels to feed the coin slots. 1st Place: 40% of the prize pool 2nd Place: 30% of the prize pool 3rd Place: 20% of the prize pool 4th Place: 10% of the prize pool Who you play against will be chosen at random when the tournament starts. All games will be two player games. Extra balls must be plunged (I should have them all turned off).

Jordan FoxThe Jan. tournament got off to a late start. It was fine for the first group event I've attended, though. After warming up with 5 straight replays on Lethal Weapon . . . I proceeded to have an atrocious tournament performance and an early exit. It's great to hold these tournaments, but how about some *skills clinics* for mediocre or very inconsistent players, with some good instructors ?
