Songwriters Showcase featuring Hirie, Alex Famous, and headliner Gregory Page

3 of our members performing live original music with the amazing House Band.

Tonight's performers include Trish Jetton (Hirie) playing reggae influenced music, Alex Famous playing electro pop, and headlining is the legendary local gem Gregory Page.

Gregory Page is one of San Diego's best Singer/Songwriters.  He frequently tours internationally where he has many fans, last year he opened for Jason Mraz at The O2 Arena in London.  His 2012 release won the SDMA Best Jazz Album award.  Mr Page will share his wonderful music with us, as well as share some insights into the art of Songwriting.

If you'd like to perform at this event contact  [masked] and send MP3s or YouTube links.

This is fun event where you can meet lots of local musicians and songwriters.  Afterwards we go the The Station Bar and Restaurant across the street for socializing.

It's free and all ages. Great non-alcoholic drinks and food at Rebecca's.

That's funny. how do you have a full band play any quieter? Drums, horns, guitar and bass?

Special thanks to Gregory for inspiring music and some really great tips regarding songwriting. Hirie and Alex with the House Band also really sounded great. THanks everyone for coming out to the gig, a lot of people told me how much fun they had.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
