SD Tweetup Sept Meeting - Say Goodbye to Summer Poolside at the Pearl
The Pearl Hotel, a trendy Point Loma hot spot, is proud to host our group and let us take full advantage of the poolside cabanas and bar from 7:30 - 11:00pm on Tuesday, September 23. They'll be graciously providing our group with a myriad of appetizers to include grilled cheese, miso mustard jidori skewers, bruschetta, and plenty of salad. Make sure to bring business cards, because we'll be doing a raffle at 9pm for a Tacorita Tuesday Package for 10 that includes 2 free tacos and 1 margarita per person.
Right now we've got food covered by the Pearl and three awesome sponsors covering a hosted bar. The hosted bar will consist of Stella, House Red, House White, and a Cucumber Cosmo. Please thank, support, and tweet about our sponsors WebWizards.net, Newsforce, and Engine Ready and show them some love.
I've been thrilled and amazed at the turnouts for the tweetups, and I'm really looking forward to seeing you all at the next one.

I'll be there with a cape on, figuratively speaking, and will ask everyone at least three times, "Where's @keithbooe at?". I'm also hoping ShindyTV shows up to cover it, I've met Ron at a few events already.

Peggy Gartinthepegisin on Twitter, OrganizerWhat a great venue! I was surprised at how good the cucumber cosmo was. I'm not a big cucumber fan, but it was sweet and light. Ken and I ordered some dinner, which was very tasty (mussels with fries, potato taco) and under $25 for the two of us. We'll definitely be back to lounge poolside at The Pearl.
