I've been certifiable since '93: OW, AOW, Cavern, Nitrox, Rescue, and maybe some others I've forgotten.
What! there are other activities? Little British cars are fun (when they don't break down).
I prefer warm because it's so much easier. Since I don't live near warm water, I'll dive in cold water too. I like wrecks warm, cold or, tepid. Thinking about an ice dive next year--usually no boats, sand, sun; just water & cold (I hate being cold).
Been diving since '82 or '83. I think I'm up to 400 but I'm not sure because I lost some of my log books, so I don't really know what I'm up to.
It's the next place I'm headed, but I have to admit Bonaire is at the top of the list, next to Sipadan.
I don't like being in the sun or on boats, getting wet, sand; I don't swim very well; and I get terribly seasick.... But I LOVE scuba diving. I've learned a lot about diving from my Sea Gypsy friends. Meet you underwater.
This is a great group if you want to learn more about diving whether in warm or cold waters. Members have a wealth of experience that they are willing to share with others. Preentations are generally excellent.
