Northwest Home and AIA Seattle’s Open House

Don’t miss Northwest Home and AIA Seattle’s Open House! The ongoing partnership between Northwest Home and AIA Seattle continues our commitment to bring the experience of Puget Sound-area residential design to the public. Each issue (Northwest Home is published every other month inside Seattle magazine) we showcase an architect-designed home, selected by AIA Seattle and Northwest Home, which will be open to the public for a Sunday-afternoon viewing.

This is my first meetup. How does one do this?

Most Meetups are a little easier, because it's obvious who's from the group. The AIA open house events are a little more difficult because there are so many people non-Meetup walking through the house. But this is not a complaint on my part - you have the option to socialize with anyone, regardless of whether they're attending through Meetup. Also, if you have the Meetup app on your smart phone, you can try to recognize people from their profile photo and then say "hi."

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
