Hi Shireen, as being a new to yoga, it's better to start with more restorative types of classes rather than with high paced. The next meet-up as c a community class will be on Jan 11th 6:00pm the restorative Yoga "Soothe and Relax", I think it will be a good choice for you. I am also doing the intro-to-yoga starting Jan. 7th Tue. and Thu. 7:30pm. It's a good way to learn the fundamentals of the most common poses in yoga. If you would like more info on that please let me know.
Hi Shireen! Are you in Bangkok? Welcome to Bangkok Runners! We are quickly becoming a large group of friends that enjoy running and each others company. We are of many different nationalities, speeds, abilities and experience. We have many weekly runs. Currently we have morning runs every Tues, Thurs, Fri, Sat and Sunday morning and then some. We also have an evening interval training as well. Be sure to RSVP. We have FB for fun & advice but all our runs are posted here only. Happy Running!
Hi Shireen, I love the photo of your precious little pup. Taking care of peoples pets happens to be my business.

Hello Shireen and Welcome to the Seattle Green Lake Running Group! Hopefully you've made it out to join us for a run but if not Wednesday morning and Thursday evening are really good events to come to for your first time. Check it out on the calendar and let me know if you have any questions. -Blake
