Xiu Xian Tea, Teacup, Floating Leaves, Teahouse Kuan Yin.
Weekends and evenings.
Hina's in Sacramento, Ca. Floating Leaves. Xiu Xian. Black: HM Niligiri, Ceylon. Chinese Wulong: Fujian HM Imperial Iron God or Special A "Heaven" variety. And a high grade milky wulong for fun. Taiwanese Wulong: Li Shan, A Li shan. Chinese Green: Bi Lou Chun, Xin Yang (信阳毛尖 Mao Jian), Village - Xi Hu Longjing (西湖龙井), Mao Feng. An hui: 猴魁 Hou Kui Japanese green - Gyokuro and Hōjicha (ほうじ茶), but I have a Kyoto Cherry Blossom I favour best.
I came out of the womb with tea.
If tea is there, I am there. All of the suggested outings sound wonderful, but I would be most interested in an outing where we sample a large variety of Chinese green teas and learn about their differences from a tea master.
Tea is wonderful. Tea is why I get up in the morning. I am just interested in learning as much as I can about different kinds of tea and sharing it with other like-minded individuals.
To have good conversations and learn about, or just drink, good tea!
