I don't know if any of you use Nutro food for your pets, but if you do then I 
thought you should be aware of this. This came to me from the National 
Coordinator for Rescue of the Miniature Schnauzer Club of America (the AKC breed 
club). Feel free to pass it on to anyone you know that has pets.

I've been hearing rumors of dogs dying from eating Nutro for some time...this is 
the first I've heard of confirmation that the FDA is taking this seriously.

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has confirmed that the agency is 
investigating a series of unexplained illnesses and deaths involving NUTRO pet 
food. Consumers have been complaining for more than two years that their pets 
have become ill after eating NUTRO products; many have recovered when they were
