What happens when a rider goes down and doesn't get back up?
I've seen experienced riders watch someone go down over a ledge, stop, get to him and stare. Just stare. What do we do? We are out in the mountains, there's no cell service, there's no 9-1-1 and the nearest hospital is 40 miles away. No one likes to think about it, but this does happen, so let's be prepared.
This 6 hour class will go over what to do in a rider down situation, what to carry with you in your kit, remote First Aid, how to handle the situation and delegate responsibilities.
When: June 21st
Time: 10:00am - 4:00pm
Cost: $40.00
Location: Evergreen Safety Council - 401 Pontius Ave. N., Seattle 98109

Payments you make go to the organizer, not to Meetup. You must make refund requests to the organizer.
Hell ya, I been looking for this kinda training, turns out - I guess I'm the one to make it happen!
