Introduction

Hey friends, my name's Rishad, my friends call me "Q". I moved here in 2005 from beautiful Vancouver, BC. I'm a Canadian, but I call Seattle home now. I grew up all over the world, and have a wide variety of interests (too many, sometimes, I think :)

What would you do if you didn't have to work for a living? ;-)

Just like in the movie "Office Space" - I would do NOTHING. Well, maybe eat and sleep. And travel a bit. Or squander it all on wine, women and folly :-) Or maybe I'd just organize events all day ... hey, I do that right now! Damn!

What's your favorite food and/or drink?

Food - spicy, flavorful, complex and multi-textured. Drink - rum and / or tequila-based with fruit juices. Mai tai's, kamikaze's, whisky sours, margaritas, sangrias, and my own signature drink -- the Q-Ball (kiwi, lime, coconut, rum, sugar, soda :-)

What's your favorite thing to do in town?

Exploring new venues, meeting new people, finding out the real deal about this fine city we live in ... oh, and if it involves Pike Place Market, all the mo' betta!

What's your best feature or character / personality trait?

People tell me I have a nice smile, but what the hell do they know? ;-)

What kind of animal are you most similar to?

A raven - dark and mysterious, but with a playful side. Oh, and I've had several weird almost supernatural encounters with crows and ravens in my life too.
