We also believe that gathering often for a delicious, convivial meal is an essential part of living the "good life."

With both of these thoughts in mind, we invite you to join us for one, or a series of meals during Seattle Restaurant Week.

Dine out and celebrate the spring run of Seattle Restaurant Week (excluding Friday, Saturday, and Sunday breakfast/brunch for some restaurants).
More than 150 local restaurants are serving up three-course dinners for just $28.

Welcome to Chef John Sundstrom’s Lark, one of the Pacific Northwest’s premier, artisan-focused restaurants. Located in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood, Lark offers a warm dining experience meant to be shared with friends and family. Our menu features small plates of locally-produced and organic cheese, charcuterie, vegetables, grains, fish, and meats, all prepared with a signature focus on flavor and quality. We work with local artisans, farmers, and foragers to serve the best of each season, bright and intense with summer and spring, rich and heartening in the winter and fall.

Johnathan Sundstrom has won Cochon 555 two years in a row, and I am always deeply intrigued by a chef who is also a pork whisperer.


Smoked prosciutto with Volkhorn toast and pickled fennel

Chilled Yakima asparagus with toasted pecans, lemon vinaigrette

Potato leek soup with green garlic and Iberico bacon


Spicy calamari with roasted potatoes, Piquillo peppers and tomato smoked paprika caldo

Lamb ragu with housemade cavatelli pasta, arugula and Parmigiano Reggiano

Spring vegetable cassoulet with white beans, mushrooms, nettles and herb bread crumbs


Theo chocolate pave with caramelized banana and peanut butter mousse

Pineapple tarte tatin with rum caramel and vanilla bean ice cream

Buttermilk panna cotta with rhubarb preserve and lemon sorbetto

My first introduction to Lark's food was last spring when I attended Cochon555, a pork event where people PIG out. (Get it?!)
Lark stole my heart at the event and also walked away the winning restaurant with their creative and tasty pork dishes. Ever since I'd been meaning to sit down and eat in their quaint little restaurant.


Three-course are $28.00 The price does not include tax, beverage, or gratuity. Wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages are available for purchase.
Parties of 8 or more will be asked to hold their reservation with a credit card. We ask that you use one form of payment and an automatic 20% gratuity will apply.

This is the first restaurant of this awesome week.
