Restaurant-wise, I enjoy everything from fine dining to food trucks to holes in the wall - as long as the food is good! Some of my Seattle favorites are Crush, How to Cook a Wolf, Shiro's, Mashiko, Serafina, The Wandering Goose, La Rustica. (I could go on and on.)
Tomatoes. Truffles. Potato chips. Yes, potato chips. :)
I enjoy cooking, but I wouldn't call myself a cook/chef.
