Anywhere there's good food, but I usually prefer my own cooking.
Beans, specially red kidney beans, for my Puerto Rican rice & beans. My collection of spices from all over the world. I've been cooking slot with mushrooms lately. I know it's more than one thing, but we are talking about food.
I'm an artist that appreciates good food. I cook like am creating a painting or sculpture. Besides my usual eclectic cooking, I've been recreating the Foods of my youth in Puerto Rico.
The people in the foodies group are a pleasure to be with and I look forward to their company again.
