I practiced Iyengar for several years, but haven't practiced yoga in a long time--I trained in Aikido for many years. I'm ready now to return to yoga.
It's a perfect form of exercise, it brings about remarkable healing in the mind and body, and uplifts my thoughts.
Just be a like-minded group of people, that's my answer for now.
