This sounds very interesting and timely. Thanks to Mike McCall for making me aware of it.

Next meeting, you might want to consider cutting down on the three camera people. They often were distracting. Perhaps give them a chair in the aisle? It was difficult focus on the discussion when you are unable to see Charlene's face.

It was an amazing event!!! Everything was just great; the topic, the speakers, the venue.

I thought Charlene and her content were excellent, and enjoyed the way the "interviewer" took us through the key elements and stages of the book and its premise. However, the technology was HORRIBLE - we were in front and could hardly hear her, as the mic was not working properly and nobody addressed it, we were disrupted by the NOISY/TALKATIVE technical crew, the constant "CLICK/CLICK" of the photographer, and finnaly the airconditioner kicking in Summary - premise and concept great - opening speaker/topic excellent - technical logistics and crew sub-standard and annoying

This was a highly-informative event -- absolutely brilliant! Charlene Li offered up so much valuable insight - the importance of the "symphony of voices" to collaborate and how to build relationships so they can be strong and resiliant. "Define how open you can be," early on struck me as an important best practice. It was also a wake-up call about how much a business can miss out if they're only measuring the transaction and not the 'relationship'. It was also so timely as Facebook unveiled their location sharing feature 'Places'. It's interesting to get Charlene's perspective as to how social media can enhance our messaging and branding if effectively applied. We're a lot less afraid of it today, but still going through a major learning curve. This was a wonderful opportunity to plug into fresh analysis by an important social technolgies thought leader. Thank you BroadVision for hosting this hugely successful gathering!
