Kayak to Greenwich (UNESCO world heritage waterfront) under the expert guidance and supervision of our friendly, experienced instructors. Pass within splashing distance of Canary Wharf and London’s Docklands whilst enjoying a unique perspective on this fascinating stretch of the Thames. This trip takes place in super stable two-man kayaks. We’ll finish for dinner at Cutty Sark pub for dinner on the Greenwich waterfront.
Who is it for?
This trip is perfect for groups of friends, colleagues, couples or individuals alike. Even complete novices are welcome. We schedule trips around the tide to ensure that it assists you making this an enjoyable introduction to the Thames.
What should I wear?
Try to arrive in the clothes you want to wear on the water as we have limited changing facilities and this will save time. You should remain dry throughout your experience. However, it’s a good idea to bring along a warm layer and a full change of clothes just in case.
Lights when required
Finish Point and dinner in Greenwich
The trip will finish around 9.30pm at the Cutty Sark pub, 4-6 Ballast Quay Greenwich, SE10 9PD. We then plan to have dinner (optional and not included in the price).
We have booked a table and negotiated a special deal of £13.50 for main course and a drink. We will then make our travel arrangements home e.g Maize Hill or Greenwich DLR.
