Outdoor recreation; hiking, biking, lap swimming (a full mile three times a week:), body surfing in the ocean in my front yard and socializing while sharing a meal with friends.
You bet. I have some great ideas for hikes and bike rides.
Ride 60 -100 miles per week. Lap swim a full mile three times a week. Still rehabbing tenacious muti-tendonitis post fracture:( Look forward to joining you on the trail again soon my friends!
