Outdoor recreation; hiking, biking, lap swimming (a full mile three times a week:), body surfing in the ocean in my front yard and socializing while sharing a meal with friends.
You bet. I have some great ideas for hikes and bike rides.
Hiking is so much fun. Bicycle 60 -100 miles per week in summer. Lap mile or more three times a week in the pool, but in summer, you'll find me riding those big Rhode Island rollers!
