Collision: Is Christianity Good for the World? Film Viewing/Discussion

Join us for a film showing and discussion of 'COLLISION'. Collision carves a new path in documentary film-making as it pits leading atheist, political journalist and bestselling author Christopher Hitchens against fellow author, satirist and evangelical theologian Douglas Wilson, as they go on the road to exchange blows over the question: "Is Christianity Good for the World?". The two contrarians laugh, confide and argue, in public and in private, as they journey through three cities. And the film captures it all. The result is a magnetic conflict, a character-driven narrative that sparkles cinematically with a perfect match of arresting personalities and intellectual rivalry.

This event is free and open to the public. A discussion will follow. For more information email: [masked] or call: [masked]-1880.

A great group with a very interesting movie. I was not happy with the venue. The library staff although professional seemed a bit uptight.

Thanks for the feedback - it was great to meet you! We're planning a film showing once a month, so next time we'll schedule an extra half hour buffer on the end so we don't cut the time so close to the public library closing time.

Those who are interested may go out for dinner as a group following the film and discussion!
