I felt like I got some good ideas and I enjoyed hearing what other parents are doing and what they've experienced. My only issue was that the event started late and no announcement was made as to why or when it would be starting.

I think the panelists did a great job discussing some of the challenges confronting secular parents. Even though my own children are now grown, I nonetheless left with a sense that I could still engage as a member of the secular community to be part of the "village" that helps to raise critical thinking children.
