Hi Bonnie.

Did you get the meetup invitation to the Halloween Party?  I'm just asking because it does list a location and I've been told there is plenty of parking.  The address is in the invite.

Let me look at Centreville on the map.  I had already spoken with someone about reserving a room at one of the libraries because I wanted to show a short kids Thanksgiving DVD and follow up with some crafts.

Let me get back to you as soon as possible.  I'm waiting to hear from someone else.

Do you have any ideas for Thanksgiving crafts?  Also, can you be responsible for bringing beverages and munchies for the Halloween Party?  I've got sweets, party favors, tableware, plates, etc.   You will be reimbursed for your expenses.  Just keep your receipts.

As for Nov 17, could we do that one in Centreville? I can get the Burger King meeting room reserved. It’s a great free place to have a meeting, as it is upstairs away from the restaurant. It has a separate playground from the one below, and has a “lounge” feel – chairs, sofas, etc, in addition to the regular eating tables.

 

Let me know if that will work – I’d love to have some of you come out this way. I would need to reserve it ASAP, as it is used for lots of Birthday parties, too!
