This is a self improvement group designed to increase your effectiveness in the three most important areas of your health: food, sleep, and exercise.  We will have strategy sessions and workshops where we can all contribute to reminding, reinforcing, and inspiring all members. The goal is to erase old habits and replace them with stronger and healthier ones.  Together, we will hold each other accountable and help each other to become stronger, healthier, and wiser.
