Self Discovery Center invites you to another Dancing through the Spirit workshop with wonderful Senora Cristal.

Senora Cristal created her own dance therapy technique-Medidanza ,that combines guided meditation and sacred dances from around the world.

This class will help you to:

-Open your heart and heal yourself through the movement

-Allow the dance to create the miracle that can restore and bring balance to your life.

-Shake away negative emotions while you raise your vibration through the sacred dances inspired by the wisdom of our ancestors.

-Increase your general state of mind and physical health through the rhythm of the music.
