I practice Bhakti Yoga and meditation, for he health of my body and my soul.
When I look around this world, I see a significant absence of true love. This love rises above lust and has spirituality as its foundation. The process of obtaining permanent love, not tinged with anything material, is called Bhakti Yoga and the consumption of this love is only through meditation. Bhakti Yoga and meditation is my obsession and my means of fulfillment.
The purpose of human life is to strike a balance between spirituality and materialism. Failure to do so results, in due course of time, in a troubled life, fll of wrong decisions.
A very healthy atmosphere for all.
