Hello!

We're so glad you've found us.

Does the idea of going to a party and meeting new people freak you out?

Would you like to be more assertive in your day-to-day experiences with coworkers, friends, and relatives?

Are you looking for a safe space to talk about and work through your anxiety or anger?

Self-Psychology Meetup offers its members a dynamic opportunity to get to the heart of what's really holding them back: Self-limiting thoughts and belief systems, and offers techniques and experiences to help them navigate social spaces with minimal discomfort. These techniques include mindfulness, anxiety and anger management, and assertiveness training. Experiences include opportunities to meet and socialize with new people, breathwork sessions, and private group therapy sessions*.

Self-Psychology is for everyday people just like you who struggle with finding and creating meaningful, long-term relationships - platonic and intimate, feel awkward at social events, have trouble asserting themselves with co-workers and supervisors, and experience difficulty managing their anger at life's frustrations.

Join us today to learn how to get what you've been missing out of life through effective socializing, using techniques to manage your anxiety and expose yourself to anxiety-inducing situations and overcome them. We provide a safe, welcoming space for you to share your experience with others at our events and during our weekly group sessions.

Become a member today and gain access to an instant network to build from. You will meet like-minded members experiencing similar issues while maintaining diverse social positions that can help you develop.

We offer free and fee-based events, including our monthly socials, classes, and group therapy sessions.

We look forward to seeing you at our next event!

*We accept cash and Blue Cross Blue Shield as payment for our group therapy sessions.
