Hi everyone, as you can see classes are back and this time I am co-creating with another colleague and friend James.  Meetups are scheduled and I am sure there will be other events, including self mastery classes, social get togethers and maybe even some workshops thrown in.

The Sunday Planetary Healing Meditations are still being held by some friends over in the USA which anyone can join in for the price of a phone call, free if you have skype! It's a lovely way to spend an hour on a rainy Sunday afternoon in the comfort of your armchair where you can let go of the week gone and experience a guided meditation by a gifted story teller, when I participate I'm always blown away with how different I feel from prior and after the experience, it helps me re-centre and gather myself for the week ahead.  If you are interested in attending the calls, email me and I can forward the call numbers onto you.

However, simply put, I believe we always have a choice, that we are not victims and all choices boil down to the choice between love and fear and sometimes choosing love isn't easy, sometimes we don't even know what that truly is or means and we are just trying our best, sometimes we make choices that are perceived as mistakes, we know there is another way but sometimes we feel lost and sometimes we feel so connected to our potential and All That Is we think how can I ever forget this, this feels so real and so true to my being, sometimes we just know and sometimes, well sometimes we know nothing and don't know left from right.  So this group is offered as some what of a get together, meeting point for those of like minds and hearts to be supported in their choices to be the best they can be, to be choosing love and providing a supportive space for wherever you are and whatever you believe. 

In our regular classes, we learn how to ground and express love, moving past old limiting fears. Discovering tools, which enable you to expand your awareness, connect with your own inner guidance and find the joy and love intrinsically within. Getting out of that ever-busy mind and open your heart to feeling who you truly are, so that you can be well on the way to living your puzzle piece and purpose, with your heart singing. There are discourses, guided meditations, activations, discussions, clearing, a cup of tea and much humour!  You are welcome to come to class every time or as and when you feel to, we do ask that you turn up at the beginning and let us know if you are running late due to London transport issues so that we can hold a space open for you.
