I did investigate current reviews of Aeroflot and yes they were varied but nothing really to deter me. Skytrax gave mixed reviews but nothing serious. News as of yesterday on NDTV 4 of 10 Sudhoi superjets were grounded but they are not the jets or airplanes that we found on Orbitz.
Perhaps we can visit a couple of countries near France and I'll contemplate Moscow another time.:) Take care

Hi Kafunda... It was nice meeting you on Saturday! Check out www.ruscon.org which is all about obtaining a Russian visa. They suggest travellers apply 30 days prior to the trip. Also, it's less expensive if we apply in person.

No kidding. The first time and that will be the last time that we would have to put Chunky at a "kennel" (Pets care center) for 3 days at best Freinds Petcare center in Tysboro, Ma. costed us $350. But she still shaking when we went to pick her up!! Man..... talked about expensive!!!! Most of the places that we travel to these days would have to be pets friendly place. Otherwise, I rather not go!!! ;-p
