We have all seen and heard about fitness bootcamps. Well now there is a real boot camp conducted by a real ex-Marine instructor in the Atlanta area. Come out and join us at 0800 hours or 8:00am saturday November 14th, 2009 at the Mud Creek Soccer complex on Barrett Pkwy. Dress warmly if it's cold out, drink plenty of water the night before, and come ready to "PT". Read more
