Beverly, I hope to make it but may not be able since I may not be in town. In any case, I would love to read a report or slides describing your experience. We have a customer that is trying to build their own "cloud" from the ground up and if they'd only use some of the ML capabilities that already exist they'd have worlds' better results much faster. Sadly they think open source is "free" while ignoring how much it will cost to massage the "free" stuff into a maintainable capability.

I talked with Billy Sokol this morning an learned of your group and planned presentation of your experiences moving from Solr and other open source to MarkLogic.
