Informative and well-organized. I learned alot in a short time. Snacks and large meeting room made it very comfortable. Even had coffee from Tim Hortons!

All tools are useful. I knew about most of them but there is always something one picks up at a presentation that's been overlooked. I particularly enjoyed the discussion around Twitter.

Didn't know what to expect. All those young hotshots so cyber knowledgeable, I felt a little dumb and intimidated. Well, they were so gracious and helpful I will keep coming back and I am confident that with their help I can get a grasp on the tools to make me cyber savvy.
