Thank you for your contribution to the Linchpin Magazine project. We're really looking forward to reading your submission.
Because we're working to a very tight deadline we won't be able to respond to you individually to let you know if you're content has been included, until after we have finished working on the magazine. We do hope you understand.
Have a great week The Linchpin Magazine Team [masked]
As each city rolls around we'll see what is going on in the world of Linchpins like never before!

You can access the podcasts, webinars and interviews through the following link www.polarunlimited.com/linchpin-meetup There is around 2 hours of material accessible so get yourself a good drink and comfy seat and enjoy! Hello all LINCHPINs in Tampa! It looks gorgeous there and I can warm up even more. Do you want everyone know who you are and what you stand for, even before the event? Do you want to connect with other LINCHPINs all over the world? Can you reach out to lonely LINCHPINs?(There are lots of I'm-the-only-LINCHIPIN-in-my-town.) Here's how. http://bit.ly/9bJtMO This is the easiest way of connecting with other LINCHPINs online. Come and Join us. Thank you for reading and have a nice evening:)

I was thinking about this earlier; seems like everyone would be best served by one LinkedIn group. Thanks for the links.
Posted by Mandy MinorMay 27, 2010 at 11:20 AM
There are now 3 Linchpin LinkedIn groups, plus countless FB fan pages, plus the Triiibes.com and Squidoo pages. Lots of discussion going on in many places in parallel.
"Can respect be demanded or must it be earned" is a good one, very active and thought-provoking.
Posted by Mandy MinorMay 27, 2010 at 7:26 AM
I am inviting everyone to join a NEW group on LINKEDIN called LINCHPIN USA. No lizard brains just Linchpins LOL Hope to see you on LINCHPIN USA on Linkedin!

We can do both - those who want to discuss leadership can do that, those who want to wax philosophical about Seth's blogs can do that. Ken's idea is good, but I'm not sold on the topic - maybe we could discuss leadership and become better at shipping?
Posted by Mandy MinorMay 25, 2010 at 1:37 PM
Great idea! Love it.
Posted by nathan schwaglerMay 25, 2010 at 11:56 AM
So Speed Network and then have people present on what Art they Ship?
Posted by PeterMay 25, 2010 at 10:31 AM
Plus at this point we all know that Tampa's leadership is up to a small few - mainly the kind of folks who will be at Linchpin Day - so we need to figure out how to do more with less, rather than try to get more to be linchpins. IMHO.
Posted by Mandy MinorMay 25, 2010 at 8:54 AM
I dunno, sounds a lot like BarCamp. : ) Seth's suggestion is "Meet other people who talk about this blog, read the books and want to make an impact on the universe. Find people who ship." I've got a bunch of his blog posts saved and was hoping Linchpin Day would be a way to discuss them with others who ship.
Posted by Mandy MinorMay 25, 2010 at 8:54 AM
Ken's ideas is to Brainstorm ways to advance "leadership" in Tampa Bay. Pick 4 or 5 categories of leadership with one white board for each category (i.e. tech, culture, economy, urban living, sustainability, etc.). Thoughts?

May I just the Audible version of Linchpin for some of you.
