BoardGames at Other Realms (Ward Warehouse)

Other Realms, a friendly local game shop (, sponsors a weekly gaming evening from 5 to 9ish PM on Mondays at the Ward Warehouse Conference rooms. Gaming ranges from pen-and-paper roleplaying to miniature wargaming to board gaming! The tables are "first come, first serve," but we've managed to claim stake on some tables each week.

Request each person bring a game or two; some of us, if we make it, will probably bring more. Not mandatory to bring games!

So far, we've enjoyed some great company and shared some great games. In order for Other Realms to continue the event to ensure the local gaming community continues to thrive, it is highly encouraged to spend a few $$ now and then to thank them for their kindness.

If you can't make it at the start time, no worries! Just show up when you can.

Thanks to everyone I met! Had loads of fun playing Eminent Domain and Bang! The dice game - that one is definitely one I'll be considering to add to the collection. If u guys make it down to Melbourne, let me know via BGG pm - my handle is TaleSpinner.

Hopefully Pillars of the Earth comes in by Monday. I was thinking Caylus next if you are fans of a more in depth worker placement games.
Oh and if you some how (with magic perhaps) find a low priced expansion set for Pillars of the earth let me know it ups the games players to 6 and adds new features

I like worker placement games. :) I know some other folks here do too.

Only thing is Caylus seems a lot more cut throat than other worker placement games (Euphoria, Kingsburg, Pillars of the earth) Instead of Kicking people out of areas by taking them you could potentially leave someone doing nothing for the turn

This'll be the last one I'll be able to attend until my schedule changes again, which won't happen until July.
