For all you early spring cleaners or lifelong fabric hoarders, here's a chance to clear out your stash of all the fabric and patterns you couldn't live without but still haven't done anything with! Swap that $3/ yard cotton that seemed like SUCH a good value but you can't find a pattern for. Or that funky vintage 70's polyester knit that your aunt gave you that you didn't request. And who can deny a 99-cent pattern sale? You know you've got too many. So bring your extra on down to the swap and see one person's stash become another person's treasure. AND we've had good luck with potluck desserts, so please bring something simple (cookies, cheese crackers, wine, etc.) to share. I'll bring water, cups, plates, and napkins. Feel free to pre-sort your swap items so that you can put them where they belong and hit the ground running as soon as you arrive: * wovens * knits * notions * patterns separated by bust size Let me know if you have any questions. I enjoyed seeing everyone at the clothing swap Anslee coordinated today and hope to see a bunch of you at this fabric and pattern swap! And many thanks to meetup member Etienne Lepine, who has arranged for us to use the community room at her apartment complex for this swap!
