I've been involved with sewing on a hobby basis on and off for a few years. Lately, I haven't been doing anything, which is depressing. My particular interests are in practical, feminine women's clothing, traditional Japanese clothing, and cosplay.
Just a basic Singer from Walmart. I'd really like to upgrade, but that only makes sense if I sew more. A serger would also be amazing!
Get out the seam-ripper. I can't let significant mistakes continue to exist - it just bothers me.
That would be a tie between a really cute, pleated skirt and a bright red hakama (a sort of pleated pant/skirt garment, traditional Japanese).
An embroidered, lined furisode ("flutter sleeve" lady's kimono).
I like making cute things that are still somehow practical.
