Simplicity 2284. The fabric is olive green sweatshirting from Fabricker and some croc embossed lambskin leather from fashionleathersinternational.com. Also used some metalic and black trim from texstyles at the edge of the leather. I cut the seam allowances down to 1/4" and lapped them, then used a decorative topstitch so one raw edge shows at each seam. The pattern has a lot of ease which was fine for this fabric as it's a fancy sweatshirt really but if I were to make it as a woven jacket I'd have to take out inches (especially at the back) to get it to fit correctly. I used the leather as a facing at the front and neck edges then turned them out and topstitched them down.
