Shows its low budget at times, but at its best -- during foot chases and prison-and-slum ridealongs -- "On the Job" is a Filipino "City of God": gritty, harrowing, intimate. Plus a couple great performances and a tense, driving soundtrack.

Haha! He's in town. I think it would be a good experience for him especially since not a lot of Asian foreign films show in Orlando.
