One FREE Women's Self Defense Class

This Women's Self Defense course is a highly evolved form of self-defense training that combines Kung Fu, Yoga, Meditation and Qi Gong for WOMEN who wish to enhance their Awareness, Intuition, Confidence and Inner Strength. It is a path of self-discovery and spiritual awakening.


You may attend one session or more than one session.  The first session is Free and sessions thereafter are $16 each.  Classes are held Tuesday and Thursday evening as long as the instructor still holds classes at YogaSito studio.  You may also opt to come in for your Free Session on Thursday July 25th instead, as I will also be attending that evening.


After attending a session, I was able to defend myself from 3 "play" attackers, which is good practice for if this may happen in real life.  It's such a scary thing.  Beginners as well as advanced students are all welcome.
