Welcome! We are a simply a group of people who are interested in meditation and enjoy the experience of meditating together in a group. The meditation style is up to you, there are no rules about this. We also discuss techniques, philosophies and schools of thought around the practice of meditation.
The meetings are suitable for both beginners and seasoned meditators. Meetups are on Friday evenings 6:30 - 7:30pm. You can find more information about the meetings in the About section.
