This month's workshop series on Practical Meditation For Busy People focus on Overcoming Anger :


Anger is one of the most dangerous emotion but one of the easiest to understand. Through this workshop (3-part series) participants learn to control anger instead of letting anger control them and to enjoy freedom, happiness and positivity.

Everyone is welcome to attend and no prior meditation experience is required. Your voluntary donations are appreciated.
