I have been meditating for about 8 years now, but only recently has it been more profound. I see more colors, images now and sometimes my body as well as my head tingles. Sometimes, I do not feel anything profound while meditating but after I sense a deep calmness in me that would last usually all day. I started mediating when i started talking yoga classes in college. Then first time I meditated, I cried. I guess I had a lot of emotions or energy I was holding in. Obviously, I felt much better after releasing my tears, and so I continued mediating as well as yoga.
