Are you new to meditation or have prior experience with some form of it?

I have been meditating for about six weeks - mostly guided imagery, but also some lessons in Tibetan practice.

Introduction

I am a new meditator. I recently completed a program that included mindfulness training for stress reduction and pain tolerance, and am looking for support in maintaining my mindfulness practice and improving my skills.
