Informal Developer Mixer

This month we'll do something a bit different, thanks to Krishna Achanta, who offered to take a lead on this one.

The idea is to meetup with fellow Android application developers and exchange knowledge - unconference style.

You may bring in questions, ideas that you want to discuss with your peers or just attend and share your knowledge with others by answering their questions.

Bring your laptops if you want to share code* as that will let others quickly understand the issues you might be facing. We can also post questions on Stack Overflow in case we could not find answers during the meetup.

This event will be hosted at MedHelp Intl Inc office located at 929 Market St (@ 5th St), Suite 300. You will have to dial MedHelp's number at the dial box at the entrance. Once you come to the third floor, just ring the bell and someone will open the door for you.

The attendance is limited and only the people who are in the attending list will be allowed to come in because of space constraints.

Consider leaving a comment along with RSVP letting us know what you are looking for and what your skill level is.

The snacks and drinks will be provided by our sponsors.

* You take responsibility for sharing your code. Do not share it if it has your or your company's sensitive information.

Join or login to comment.

Hi Android meetup friends. Got really excited after attending the meeting and wrote a prototype as a side project at Splunk It's a logging library for Android app developers to help them catch uncaught exception messages. Give it a try and let me know how do you like it to be improved. You may also spread this news to your friends about this library. Thanks :)

Great. Got some ideas from others in the group. Would like to continue this type of meetup as I have 5 or 6 projects I am working on and will probably have more questions the further I get into the projects.
