Hi. I wanted to make sure I put the question the right way regarding the Rearden API.

Hi gd, I finally got it working. I could now get live stream from my mac ISight which gets encoded into MPEG-2 transports stream (*.ts) file and mediastreamsegmenter picks it up and creates index and segment files. I can now see the live stream on my ipod touch. Good learning effort..
