Titus and Pretty Girl are the two 9-year-old Chihuahuas that need a home together. They are a bonded pair and they sleep together, play together, eat together, and depend on each other. They are spayed/neutered, have all of their shots, are microchipped, are house broken, and are smart, friendly, and loving. They belonged to my 95 year old mother-in-law who adopted them from the local pound about 3 years ago. But then she passed away about 6 months ago and we are unable to keep them. My husband wants to take them back to the pound, but I told him that I think we should find them a good home instead, so he is allowing me to try. Photos and a full description of their personalities are on the Muttville website where they are listed on the Muttville courtesy list. (Go to www.Muttville.org and click on "See all of our mutts", then click on "Courtesy list", and then scroll down to "Titus and Pretty Girl".)
Both of the Chihuahuas are happiest being cuddled and staying warm in someones lap. They are little "homebodys", and would probably be happiest with someone who is older and/or retired. I have taken them to about 5 adoption events, including the Bay Area Pet Adoptathon on Oct 13 & 14th at the Marin Civic Center, which they find more stressful then "cool".
I'm not very technologically adept and am not on the social media websites. I can be reached by email at [masked] or by phone at (510) 524-5087. I welcome any help/suggestions on how to find these 2 dogs a forever home together.
