Hey Peeps, I'm Kenny. I love music. I love people. I love to DJ! Well I was really craving a place to connect to the DJ community and ¡BAM! two days later I stumbled up on this group! I'm very excited to keep meeting each one of you.
What would you like to get out of this meetup group?
- Meet new DJ's and network - Hear some new music - Contribute to the DJ community
What equipment / software do you use?
Currently using: Torq 2.1, 15" MacBook Pro, M-audio Xponent Might be switching to Native Instruments: Kontrol S4 + Traktor 2
What would you like to learn the most?
New people, Maybe more about cool tangible ways to use effects. Maybe get some hands on with CDJ's as they come into play as a great backup (heaven
What do you need the most help with?
Getting connected to promoters, since we're in a promoter run city. Getting into some clubs and bars. Been playing lots of private parties, but clubs are where my heart is at.
If you already DJ, how long have you been DJ-ing?
unofficially 4 years. Officially 3 years
