I attend the University of San Francisco as a graduate student in the Digital Media and Learning Program. Over the past two years, I have worked as an Instructional Educator for the Archdiocese of San Francisco serving students in kindergarten, first, second, fourth, and fifth grades. My passions and interests include travel, education, new technologies, cuisine, and the effervescent city of San Francisco.
I have a strong interest in new technologies and their implementation into our current educational system. My current aspirations include obtaining a position in EdTech from which I can cater to schools and their presiding districts, foster creativity, promote innovation, and empower the wide spectrum of students committed to learning at all educational levels.
Yes, I currently read EdSurge's newsletters. I am also a subscriber to EdSurge's job postings/notifications as well as ES-Instruct Edition.
I frequently visit EdSurge.com. Browsing EdSurge has helped me gain an understanding of the growing EdTech market, learn about new products for students, and as of late serves as a reference for available EdTech jobs in the Bay Area.
Hi! I'm Monica Vincent, an aspiring education technology advocate and young professional.
